Fuel Policy — Frequently Asked Questions

Fuel is the client’s responsibility on all bookings. For city use, most clients simply refuel as needed during the day. For outstation trips, we provide a fuel estimate upfront based on the route and vehicle so there are no surprises.

Yes, for outstation bookings we can quote a per-km fuel allowance built into the trip rate instead of asking you to manage refuelling. Ask for this option at booking and we’ll include it in the quote.

Self-drive vehicles are handed over with a documented fuel level on the inspection sheet and should be returned at the same level. Shortfalls are charged at the prevailing pump price.

Yes, motorway and road tolls are always a separate cost from fuel, disclosed upfront for outstation routes and paid at the toll plaza during the trip.

No, daily rates never include fuel. This applies to all vehicle classes including luxury and van bookings.

We estimate fuel based on the vehicle’s average consumption and the route distance, then add a buffer for city driving at either end. The estimate is shared in writing before you confirm the booking.
