When you book a rental, we collect the information necessary to fulfil that booking: name, contact number, pickup/drop-off details, and — for self-drive bookings — the identity documents required by law (CNIC or passport, and driving licence or International Driving Permit).
Booking information is used solely to coordinate your rental, verify self-drive eligibility, and process the security deposit refund. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Copies of identity documents collected for self-drive bookings are retained only as long as required for insurance and regulatory compliance, then securely deleted.
