Fuel and toll costs are the renter’s responsibility on self-drive bookings and are disclosed as estimates upfront on chauffeur-driven bookings.
Standard bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Advance payments on wedding and large-group bookings are handled case by case.
Comprehensive insurance is included on every booking, covering accidental damage and third-party liability as outlined in the policy provided at booking.
The renter is responsible for traffic violations and fines incurred during a self-drive rental period.
