Corporate transport covers the day-to-day movement of staff rather than the movement of a single executive: office pick-and-drop, shift transport, and shuttles for events and offsites. It runs on planned routes, dedicated vehicles and contract billing.

Employee pick-and-drop

For daily staff transport, we assign dedicated vehicles and drivers on planned routes, timed to your shifts. It’s a contracted service, not ad-hoc booking, so the same vehicles arrive at the same points at the same times each day.

The shuttle fleet

Staff movement uses the group fleet: a Toyota Hiace or Grand Cabin for a team, a 22-seat or 30-seat Coaster for a department, or a 40-seater bus for a full shift. Capacity is matched to your headcount and routes.

Shift and route planning

We work out routing, pickup points and timing with you so the service fits your working hours, including early and late shifts. Drivers are background-checked, and for continuity we keep the same drivers on a route where scheduling allows.

Event and offsite shuttles

For conferences, offsites and company events, shuttle vehicles move staff and guests between venues and hotels — the same fleet, arranged as a one-off. See event transportation for larger events.

Contracts and invoicing
